Our Missions
ActuarialCBT’s missions are to provide members real Computer Based Test (CBT) experience. Since its foundation in 2005 as Exam P/1 was first administered in September 2005, we have helped hundreds of actuarial students pass the SOA/CAS preliminary exams. The newly designed website and enhanced functionalities enable us to better serve our members.
Our Services
We are based on the United States, but we provide high quality actuarial testing services to worldwide members. So far, Exam P/1 and Exam FM/2 are administered by CBT, and Exam C/4 is scheduled to be administered through computers in November 2009. We believe that the other Exams will be given by CBT in the near future. As more Exams are given by CBT, we continue to offer more supreme services to our members.
Our Technologies
The great technologies behind the interface enable us to provide real exam like scoring and question difficulty assessment. We record member's effective answers to all questions and assess each question's effectiveness. Pass marks are set according to the distribution of the percentage of correct answers for each test.
Our Test Banks
We provide FREE sample tests which consists of past SOA/CAS exam questions with answers and instructive explanations. All practice tests are brand new questions and especially designed following the latest syllabus. Our entire focus is on designing real exam like questions with the ultimate goal of passing the exam.
